On this page, you'll find the gardens and architecture of Europe. Here, I'm trying to embrace this cute green sculpture. It was so perfectly round that I couldn't resist it!
This is the interior of that church at the other end of the famous bridge at Lucerne - you know, the one that burned down and they rebuilt again? The one with all those pictures on the ceiling of the covered walkway, such that everyone goes through the bridge with their heads tilted up and noses in the air? Looks snotty!
This is the famous artists' village in Vienna - created by an artist for artists to live in. Every apartment is unique! There is the original artist's toilet in a pub just down the road. It has a statue of Mr Lulu(a Polynesian) in the ladies' restroom. Don't know why he's called that...maybe the artist named him!
This was the toilet in my room in Vienna - a grand old room with a sitting room, bay window and a toilet that was as large as a bedroom! As you can see, it even has a bidet...First time I'd ever seen one close up - not that I ever learned how to use it!!! All my choir students ooohed and aahed over my room and the toilet. These two insisted on posing on the 'thrones' for the photo album!
