Chapter Two
"It's alright," the stranger answered after our run in.  "I'm sure the Coke will dry out."

"Are you sure?  I mean, it's my fault and your shirt is covered in soda and chips  I really should clean it up."  *And boy, I'd love to clean up more than that off him,* I thought to myself.

He wouldn't stop telling me no.  "Don't worry about it.  Bev keeps a big supply of towels in that closet over there," he said, pointing to a door across from the kitchen.

*Wait, didn't Chris say his mother's name was Bev?*  "You know Bev?" I asked.

"Yeah, I do.  I grew up with Chris and spend a lot of time here.  I'm Josh, by the way."

*No!  This can't be happening!* I thought.  *This gorgeous man, whom I am now fantasizing about, is going to be coming with me to Woodstock?  Damn it!*

Josh interrupted my thoughts, "Do you have a name, or are you just going to make me guess it?"

"Oh, yeah," I answered.   I didn't really want to give him my name.  Normally I'd introduce myself as James, then tell them I go by my middle name.  But that ended when I left Mississippi, and right now I really didn't want to tell him about Jamie.  "It's, uh, Fuzikiel."  *Where the hell did that come from?*

"Fuzikiel?  You've got to be kidding!"

I laughed it off.  "Yeah, I am.  It's really Jamie."

"You're Jamie?  Your friend Justin talked a lot about you.  And I must say that I didn't expect someone like you to be heading up to Woodstock."

*Gee, thanks a lot.  I was driven here against my will just to fall for a person that thinks I wouldn't be the type to go to a huge concert like this.*  I looked over him and thought of him the same way.  Josh's blue eyes were a major standout on him, but they complemented his chiseled face and shoulder length brown hair.  *Oh, how I'd love to run my fingers through that hair.*

"Hey, forget what I said.  I don't really want to go either," Josh said, trying to make me feel better.  "I'm only going to make sure the two boneheads I call my best friends don't get in too much trouble."

"Yeah, that sounds like what I should be doing with Justin.  I seriously think he's only going for the women."

That got him laughing.  "So is Joey, but I'm not after them."

*Whoa.  Did he just say what I think he did?*  "Y-you aren't?" I choked out.

"Nope.  Why, you have a problem with that?"

"Of course not," I answered.  *Liar.  It's a HUGE problem!  Now I'm never going to stop thinking about him!  Guess I can't exactly tell him now that I'm gay as well.*  I knew I had to change the subject, and looking at his shirt that reminded me of a party out of control, I went to get a towel and clean up my mess.

"Thanks, Jamie.  I think we're going to get along great during this trip."

*Oh, yeah, great indeed,* I thought to myself.  We headed back out to the lobby, where Josh introduced me to Joe.

"So, JC finally comes crawling back!  You thought you could really get out of this trip, didn't you?" the man said.  I looked him over...he was about as tall as Justin, but had put on more weight.  To me, he looked like the type of guy that wouldn't love only women, and the name he called Josh worried me a little.

"JC?  Is there a story behind that?"

"Unfortunatley, Joey here seems to think that my initials would make a good nickname.  He gave it to me because there was another Josh in the neighborhood and he didn't want to confuse us.  So I call him Joey just to get him back," Josh answered.

Justin suddenly yawned and looked eager to get to our room.  "Well, it was nice meeting all of you, but I need my beauty sleep so the ladies will all want me this weekend.  You coming, Jamie?"

"Yeah, Curly, I'll be right there," I replied as he walked over to the elevator.  "So I guess I'll be seeing you guys tomorrow.  What time should we plan on meeting?"

Josh answered, "I guess around 7 or so, depending on how much partying these two decide they can handle tonight."

"Hey!" Chris objected.  "Like you'd even be awake at 7!  You'll be snugh in bed having your little fantasy dream about taking Paul McCartney and running off to a deserted castle in England and-"

"Hey!  Just because he's my latest crush does not mean that he will be in my dreams tonight!  Who knows, maybe someone else will wisk me away!" Josh was looking right at me when he said the last part.

"OK, so 7 then?  I'll see you guys tomorrow morning.  Good night!"

As I headed to the elevator to go up to my room, I could hear Josh saying good night to me.
