~You must have a fandom or anime site. (No porn, hentai sites.)
~Your site must feature on the anime that is on this site ONLY, no other anime sites!
~You must give me your correct url, no short form like cjb.net or others. They always had too many pop-up window.
~Your site must not have midi music when I first go in. They always make my computer hang especially when I am listening to songs.
~You site must have decent layout, no layout that is awlful like bright color or the words is unreadable. They give me headache.
