Here's a rundown on all my friends. They're a weird mob, but you gotta love 'em!!
The Girls (erm, and boy)

Kathryn
Kathryn is my best friend and we've been close for six years now, dispite some MAJOR hiccups a couple of years ago that I won't go into. I met Kathryn at school in year 7 and initially we hated each other. I thought she was insensitve and I have no ideas what she thoght of me, presumably I don't WANT to know!! In year 8 we sorted al that out and ended up best friends!!
Kathryn is about a month younger than me and has a brother and a sister. She's into reading and she especially likes romance novels written by Rosemary Rogers and she's partial to the odd Anne Rice vampire saga. She loves the 80's, Meg Ryan movies, Alanis Morrisette, Ewan MacGregor (or Ewie as Kathryn calls him), Sex and the City and the beach on a rainy, cloudy day.
We've got lots in common, we both have deranged senses of humour, both love Red Dwarf and anime, though I think Kathryn loves anime more than I do. We often talk on the phone for two hours or more, usually just babble but alot of the time some D&M stuff gets inserted into the convo. We understand each other and have the uncanny ability to chaneg the topic of conversation so fluidly only the two of us realise what's hapened.
Kathryn's at Uni, studying Cultural Heritage. When she leaves, she wants to work in a museum. Hopefully we're gonna stay friends for a very long time to come.

Taliana
Taliana is anohter person I'd consider my best friend. I've known Tali for over a year now. We met on a site called Open Diary and soon started noting and eventually stated chatting. Our friendship has groiwn pretty rapidly, so rapidly we met in June last year when she came to stay with me for a weekend. It was great and we've seen each other twice since and plan more trips.
Taliana ("real" name Naomi) lives with her Dad in Wollongong. Her Mum is off globe trotting somewhere, working on ships and such.
Tali has been a Satanist sine April 2003 and she originally was a follower of Wicca, which progessed to Witchcraft... you get the idea. She maintians a website on Witchcraft and Wicca called the Witches Path and used to have a teaching circle called the Wolfspirit Clan.
Tali's very caring, very naughty, and VERY honest. Don't ask her for the truth if you can't handle it. I personally respect that about her.
Tali has a boyfriend she's been with for about three and a half years. His name's Matt and he gets my stamp of approval. They have a very close relationship and plan to one day get married officially, even though they've been handfasted since January last year.
One day Tali and I plan to live together, and we are going to England for about a month in the next five years.Sarah
I've known Sarah a few years now and we've flitted in and out of each others' groups until end of high school where she firmly establishe herself as a member of our group and we've hung out together ever since and gotten progressively closer over the years. Sarah is best friends with Vanessa.
Sarah is the oldest in the group, by a few months and she lives with her mum, her older brother Simon and her little brother Josh who she is just crazy about and dotes on. She also has a sister Kristy who I'm not sure about location wise. Her Dad lives nearby.
Sarah is pretty crazy, she's got a sick sense of humour and embarrasses easily. She's always online, usually entering comps, signing up for money-making sites, or working on her own piece of the net, Cat Got Your Tongue. As the name suggests, it's about cats, which she absolutely loves.
Sarah sometimes suffers long self-esteem and such, but I reckon she's pretty rockin', and she has us all to support her.

I've known Vanessa since we were both little tykes in Primary School. She was eleven when we met and I was twelve and we were in the same year 6 unit, but not in the same class. We started hanging out together and got to be friends.
We ended up at the same high school, still hanging out together, though our closeness has ebbed and flowed a bit over the years. Vanessa can be really shy around people she isn't comfortable with, but once you're in, she's silly (humour wise) and a very caring friend. She loves kids and can't wait to work somewhere in child care. Kids seems to adore her as well, so I reckon she'll be succesful.
Vanessa lives with her parents and her older sister Sandra and her younger brother Ian. They also have a dog, Tessa, who's getting on a bit, but is a really nice pooch.

I met Glen in year 8 and fell hopelessy and disgustingly in love with him. He didn't return my feelings as I discovered in year 9, but we've always been close friends. I think he's the first guy I've been able to be "best friends" with, or even truly buddies.
Glen is into so many things and changes his mind so rapidly it's hard to keep track. Mainly though, I think he's into his Game Cube and drinking. He's got a fanatsic sense of humour, he's been known to make the dullest people crack a smile. He's also got this uncanny abilty to make people fall in love with him. I don't know how he does it, I must ask him his secret one day. Despite all this crushing on him, Glen has only loved Kathryn (that we know of) and although the two have since split after a year together, I'm sure they'll always be friends.
Glen's dad is in the RAAF so his family moves alot. That's why he's laughing it up in Brisbane while we're down here missing him. He came to visit in June 2002 and it was great seeing him. There were times it was as though he never left, even though in the time since he left Canberra he has changed, he's still someone I want in my life.

Christine came into my life at the start of year 9 when she moved to our school. Our friendship didn't blossom too quickly, as I thought she hated me because she always snapped at me, and she thought I hated her cos I barely spoke to her for fear of getting snapped at, even though she only snapped because I wouldn't talk! *takes a deep breath*
Anyway, we finally sorted all that crap out and we became close. She can drive me nuts but I do care about her. Christine's been going out with her man, Dereck, for over four years now, and they've been engaged since 1999. They live together, usually in their flat with their dogs Jazz and Chief or most recently with friends. At the moment their staying at Christine's parents house, but hopefully they'll get to move back to their flat soon.
Christine is into dolphins and the internet in a big way. Her MSN buddy list is a mile long and she has lots of guys she hangs with online and occasionally meets up with at places lik the mall. She likes ot have sex with said guys too and I'm not sure I approve, but I can't stop her.
Christine is dramatic, loud and a bit crazy and we don't see each other as often as we used to. Late last year I put our friendship on hiatus because of her behaviour and the stress it caused me, but we've been hanging out a bit lately so we'll see what happens.

I have spoken to most people in my course at one time or another and I can honestly say there's only been about two people I truly disliked. I do have a certain few people I usuallu hang around with but I won't name names for privacy reasons.From Drama
Damn I miss drama. I'm still in contact with one girl, who is great and I hope we end up being good friends for a long time. She's actually helping me with ym project this year and we plan on starting our own theatre group with another girl from drama called 96 Hour Shift. I hope we do get it off the ground because I miss having drama in my life and I miss seeing these few people every week.These are the people I chat to online, there isn't too many I consider close to me anymore, though I still do chat alot. Maybe one day I will form an onlime fa,ily again, but to be frank I'd rather make friends in real life.

Duke
I met Duke at Open Diary as well, in February 2001. After a couple of months we started chatting and the rest is history!! Duke is a month or so older than me and lives in Encino, in LA California with his very scary Christian parents.
Duke is gay, a self-confessed Queen and he wears more makeup than I do (which isn't much really). I'd hate to be him, I'd never get anything done considering the hours Duke spends picking and choosing his outfits and doing his makeup for he day. He's not out to his parents but they'd have to be pretty stupid to not notice he's a raving homosexual.
Duke is a very good friend and has been a rock for me. All my friends know of him as well, cos I talk about him often enough! It's a dream of mine to one day live in the same town as Duke and go shopping together all the time and eat musk sticks!!
To be honest though, he has changed in recent months, his life is happier which is obviously wonderful, but I feel less connected to him and as though I don't know him as well as I did, or thought I did.Brandy
I met Brandy through Duke around September 2001 or thereabouts. She's a really funky girl, seemingly tough, but quite fragile on the inside. Brandy's twenty one and she has a brother I've chatted two once or twice called Ricky. They live in Detroit.
Brandy's an incredubly nice girl, I get on with her well. She's a great poet and a writes well. One thing I adore about Brandy is her love of silverchair. It's fab to know someone who's enthused about them as I am. She's a Witch and from what I know of her, she's no amateur!! She taught Duke Witchcraft when they first met and she taught me a little as well.
Brandy is great for late night drunken chats and she's so hilarious when she's pissed or stoned and chatting to me online. :)
I also love that whenever I'm mad at someone she gently tries to make me see their pint of view, without yelling or screaing at me. :)
