Any chord can be built off your basic chords, or your open chords.
Follow the frets to continue the scale (low to high)
A - Bflat - B - C - C# - D - Eflat - E - F - F# - G
To make the other chords, you must use a barre chord, where your
index finger covers and presses down on all the needed strings
where they would otherwise have been open. The rest of your
fingers simply move to the appropriate fret. Examples:
F Bm
e|--1-----2 Move up the fret as high as you like to
B|--1-----3 create the same chords at higher pitches.
G|--2-----4
D|--3-----4
A|--3-----2
E|--1-----x
