"Full Doll 2"
Step One: After choosing my base, I chose my palettes for my shirt(first), skirt(middle) and hair(last). My palettes are on the pic below.. So far I have this:

Step Two: Now starting with the shirt/top. I think I want my doll to be wearing a wrap top with a yellow flower so yea. Start with the outline. Try not to make it fit the body to tight at the bottom, just around the middle. Using color 1 of the first palette, then color 3 to fill in the outline as so:

Step Three: Now for the shading. Again, you can use the burn tool on 1 to make your creases, but im going to use the brush tool on size one, with my color one to make mine. Make creases where the top wraps and pull, and around the breasts and the folds on the bottom to give some definition.(image is enlarged so may be blurred a bit)

Step Four: Now for the light creases. Use number 5/6, and on a new layer, start making light
creases in between the dark ones. Or you can use your dodge tool on 1 to make the creases as well:

Step Five: Now comes the actual shading. First go to your top layer, and select outside of the layer. Go to the shading layer
with the outside of the top still selected and hit delete. This should rid of any excess shading not on the top.
Merge the shading and top layer, and with your burn tool on size 5/9/, make your darker shadows. Try to imagine a sun shing on your
doll and where the light would hit, creating shawdows in those spots. I placed my "sun" on the top left corner. Making the shadows
on the shirt on the left side not as dark and not as much, while on the right they are darker.

Step Six: The lighter shadows come next. With your dodge tool, on about 5 or 9, make some lighter spots. Again, imagine you "sun" to guide you.

Step Seven: Now for the flower. I chose a yellow and made a rose. Thats not going to be explained, but if you want you could try Xandorra's Place She has tutorials on making pixil flowers.

Step Eight: And..tada! The skirt. I chose a tealish color, but whatever color you want is fine. Starting with the outline, I chose to make a mini skirt with a layer of ruffles.

Step Nine: Now for the darker shading. Im pixil making the creases to give it a cleaner look with color 1. Make them around the hips, up from the ruffles, and a few in the middle where it would crease for movement.(I decided mid tutorial I wanted a shorter shirt)

Step Ten: Now for the light shading. In between the dark lines make the light lines with color 4. Add some bright spots where there are big open spaces..lol. It should look something like this:( pic is enlarged so lines look bigger is spots.)

Step Eleven: The shading is completes, but Im going to use my darken and lighten tools to spruce it up a bit. You can leave it like this, OR go to your smudge tool and smudge the lines a little tiny bit. Its looks like this now:

Step Twelve: Were almost DONE!! Im going to start my hair now. Using color 1, I drew my outline. I decided on a slightly longer flowy style. The outline is is black to make it more visible. Fill in the hair with color 3 from your hair palette.

Step Thirteen: Im not a very good pixel hair shader, so im going to use my burn tool on 1 to make the strands of hair. After that, just grab your dodge tool and go in between those dark lines:

Step Fourteen: Now for the shadows. I used burn on size 9 to go along the center part, under the ears, and inbetween the curly parts. It looks like this so far:

Step Fifteen: Now for the highlights, I chose where the curls go out, and the top strands. This isnt the last step..After this use your sudge tool to soften out the hair and get rid of the harshness of the lines. Use a dowward motion to make it look real-ish. Try not to have to much strength either. I use smudge on strength 16%.

Step Sixteen: All thats left is the shoes. I think pink clog sandels will do nicely. Make your outline with the shirt palette color 1, and fill in with 2. I just darkened the outer edhes a little and gave it a little shine on the top of the shoe to make them look opaque and not sooo shiny:

Yes. Its true, we are done. I know this tutorial is long, but heres my final result:
