It's been a week since the Josh saga began. I've heard from him a few times and I'm going to say this is very werid for me. What does he want? Why is he calling now after all these years? Who knows. I've heard from Shane as well, apparently he's doing well or was. Haven't heard from him since he got back to Nebraska. Hope his journey back home goes smoothly. I'm thinking I did something to Matt as well. I haven't heard from him in over a week. It is possible he got skeered? Of course. My boss wants to put me on an OIC assignment in a place called State Park. Where that is I don't know but she wants me to go there. I would love to jump at the opportunity but it is a good ways away and I don't have anything to do with Jordan so I don't think it's going to happen. I'm going to go outside and see if I can do something productive.

I got the call of a lifetime Friday. I'm going to assume it was after I wrote my last entry otherwise, I would have most certainly wrote about it. I got a call from none other than Josh. Not just any Josh. MY JOSH. I was totally psyched. Then he called earlier today as well and we talked for a good bit. I can't wait to call Tash and tell her. She thinks this is hilarious. It seems as soon as I get use to talking to her online she floats away and I can only talk to her on the phone. Not that I mind that either. I have used a lot of my time already and it's just the beginning of the billing cycle. Most of the minutes have been used for work related crap though, which reminds me I need to file my e-travel. Jordan has V.B.S. this week at our church. He came back here after about 2 weeks at Bryants and he has been impossible to handle ever since. I don't know what happened over there but this is getting ridiculous. I have also been introduced to "Foamy" (Thanks Joe) Absolutely hilarious. I haven't heard from Tash so I'll have to call her and see when she works, she might be at work right now. I sent her a little card with some updated photos in it. I think she might be surprised. She'll be even more surprised when she sees me. I weight less than the amount of weight I've lost, which says a lot. I also found out today that the week Shane was suppose to be driving through, I have a full work week. That could be a good thing though. It always seems to come when I really need it. We got a new book for our Sunday School class this past Sunday as well. It's entitled "The Grace Awakening" by Charles Swindoll. I'm suppose to read the first chapter and do the workbook. I was going to do it last night but we got in late and I threw Jordan in the bathtub put him to bed, threw myself in the shower, I sat on the couch for a moment, and then the phone rang, it was Noey. I talked to her for a little bit then I decided to go to bed. I almost fell asleep with her on the phone so I thought it would be best if I went ahead and got off and went to bed and so I did. I worked this morning and that's about all I've done. Last night for the thing we had at church I made Blueberry Cheesecake Bars. They were so cool to make. I think I could have made them a little firmer though. Perhaps stuck them in the freezer for a little bit or something. There were only a few left and I gave them to the lady behind us, not like I need them in the house. I love making stuff but I don't need to eat it, of course usually I'll sample some of it, you kinda have to. I don't want somebody to eat one and be like "Eeeww....this is so gross". Jordan even liked them. They were real fruity and the berries held up rather well. Whelp, I don't think I have anything else to say at the moment, so I'm off again.

I've been working, which is why my blog has yet to be updated. I was hoping to keep a steady pace with it this time. I guess it's better than waiting like 2 months before writing in it again eh? I talked to Lauren the other day and her and Chris have a lovely home picked out in bright, sunny, steamy, hot, smug, over crowded Austin, Texas. It's really pretty, seriously, and if she (they) really want it, I hope everything works out for them. When she gets all settled in I'm going to have to travel down there and buy her a grill. I told her whenever they buy a home, I'm going to get her a grill, granted it is not going to be a fancy gas grill or anything, but a grill nevertheless. I got word back from my boss today, I'm on the list for the test and I'll be getting information within the next few weeks. I can't wait! I know after taking the test I'll have to wait for my results but it will be worth it. I hope I go in there and blow it out. I know that I know these things, I'm good with math and memorization. I should do well. I can sequence pretty damn good too. I think I will get put on the roster for testing this time around. I'm not sure what offices I'm going to put on there. I was told if I put on the plants, like Columbia and Florence, I'd have a better chance of getting on as opposed to putting smaller ones on there. I'm going to put Sumter on there, possibly Bishopville and then Columbia I guess. I don't want to drive 60 miles to work one way everyday for the next several years but I'll be happy with what I get I guess. I'd rather get stuck some place I don't want to go than not get anything at all, because I'm still going to be doing the same thing pretty much.

Nothing too exciting has been going on. Saturday I went to work, came home and I think that was it. Sunday I went to Columbia to see Jordan. Bryant and I argued, big surprise, and I took Jordan to Chuck E. Cheese. He had a blast. I left there and went to Elgin and saw some friends and we went to some stores and I bought 2 candles. I came home and crashed. Monday, I went to work super early in Bishopville. Genovia wasn't at work, she hasn't been all week in fact, and it's real quiet and boring there without her. The power kept going off too. That made some customers really mad, but there wasn't anything we could do other than sell stamps and other merchandise. I got off real late. Rick offered to buy my car again. He said for me to name my price and he'd write me a check right then. I kept asking him how much he was willing to pay for it and he just kept on saying, "name your price". I came home and made some coffee then not too long after Matt came over and we piddled around with his website. We didn't watch a movie for once and that was cool. I did, however, send him home with "Cannibal Campout". I do believe, perhaps, on his next visit, we will watch "The Stuff." I'm all about getting information on this movie out. More people need to know about it. This morning, I got up and went to work again. Vi-Duh was there and she said I was stupid. She's FUNNIE! I tried to con her into going out to dinner with me, I even offered to pay for the stupid crap, but she said no. So I came home and roughly 10 minutes into enjoying being lazy, I hear somebody cutting grass, then I assume it's just the neighbors. To my surprise, I look out my window and there is a strange man riding around on a superfast mower cutting my grass! My grass, not somebody elses. He's not getting paid for it, that is one of the more better things about it. He's doing it because he's super nice. I am to assume. I have no idea who he is, but I'm not paying him for it nor am I taking it out in trade. I do know his name, but I don't personally know him. He's not from around here either. I was thinking I would burn some pictures to a cd and take them and get them developed and buy some crap from the store, like I have money to be spending. Just the same, I have some things I need to do. More later.

I worked in my office today. I also wore my "professional" attire. Nothing too eventful happened today. I got to work this morning, apparently I overslept, and by the time I got there, Jim was already there, but he wasn't sorting mail, he was shuffling through papers; papers, mind you, he had no business going through in the first place. On lunch today I went to Sumter with Mada and got a sandwich. She went to the bank, to deposit her check and sped out of the little teller thing because she was embarrassed, I"ll assume. Anyways, it was un-called for and she could have had a wreck and killed us. I was almost late getting back to work. I brought my sandwich back in with me and it took me almost 2 hours to eat half of it. We were pretty busy today, I'm guessing it's because it's the 3rd of the month and people are getting their checks. When I got off work, I went to The Station and got some gas then came on home and changed my clothes and went back to town. I was thinking about calling JC but decided against it. I was also thinking about calling Climmie. I wonder how she's doin. When I got back home from town, I fixed me a little "mini-pizza" like mom use to do and then ate it. I was going to call Matt and see if he wanted to come over but I didn't. I've been feeling bad again and I'm not sure why. I don't guess it matters anyways.

I haven't seen anybody. There was a guy in the store, an older guy of course, who just stared at me. Finally I was like "can I help you". Then just rolled my eyes and moved on. Then he later followed me. I found a military guy to kinda walk beside and he left.

I bought some kewl pens for myself tonight. Also got this little thingie to go on the fridge. I need to clean my house. I think I'm going to have to turn the air on as it's almost 80 in here and there doesn't seem to be any wind blowing outside. I don't mind it being that warm in here, but when you are attempting to sleep, it is not that comfortable. I'm going now.

Good-bye cruel world.

Current Conditions: Thunder, 72° (feels like --°)

I got to go to work in Bishopville today. Genovia was suppose to pick me up at a quarter till 5 this morning. I got up at 4:00 a.m. Imagine my surprise when she didn't show. I didn't have a car, how was I suppose to get to work? I still didn't have my car back. Anyways, I called Jerome at 5:15 this morning and told him she didn't show up; needless to say he was a little pissed, but he did come and get me just the same. And to top that off, my car is fixed! Or at least the water pump problem is. A guy offered to take if off my hands. I just need to have enough money to buy something in it's place. I burned a cd, actually two cd's for Jermoe. I committed a crime.

I went out to lunch with Vida today. She is cool as hell, she makes me laugh a lot! She had a little care bear in her car and I want it. I don't think she'll be giving it to me though, maybe I can con somebody into buying me one or I can do the sensible thing and buy my own damned bear.

Tomorrow I'm off to work in my own office, oh what joys. If I can find some pants to go with my shirt, I might wear my clerk shirt. I might wear it anyways and just wear jeans with it. We aren't suppose to but I don't think anybody will tell on me and if they do then phoo on them.

I'm trying to bribe Vi to come out here after she gets done with work. She says she needs to work because she just had to fork out almost a grand to get her car fixed. I know where she's coming from, but she's young damn it and needs to breathe. All she does it work work work. It isn't any better for us young folks to be working our arses off than it is the older ones. Our bodies need rest just like yours do.

Other than work, nothing exciting is going on. I went to my office when I got off work today and picked up my scraggly paycheck. What a disappointment. Bust your little tush for 40 plus hours a week to get half of what you made taken right back from you, why not just work half the time you would normally work and keep most of what you make. I need to find an easier way to make money. Maybe I'll finally go back to school. I picked up a pamphlet this afternoon. I need to stop being afraid of stupid crap. I'm going to wind up completely miserable if I let that hold me back from the things I actually want to do and the people I want to be with.

I'll write more later.

Current Conditions: Rain Shower, 66° (feels like 66°)

Today was Annette's funeral. I was suppose to go but ended up not being able to. I worked in Bishopville today. I got a few good hours on the books. I guess I had a 15 minute break maybe. I didn't get off until 4:00 but then Eddie took me and Genovia to the bank and to the Napa store. I needed to deposit my check from last payday and she had to get oil for her car. This seems to be a bad time for vehicles. Vida's car was in the shop for about a week, my car is screwed up, and Genovia's car is burning oil.

Jerome, bless his sweet little heart, paid for my water pump. And, no I did not know he was doing it, otherwise I would have done differently. I put 2 liters in this morning before I headed out to work and by the time I got to the end of the street, which is about 500 feet away, my car was already running hot. I just went on though. I wasn't about to call in. I need to work. I think it did me good to get out. I got to see Jonathan, he seemed surprised to see me back there. He's hilarious. I should ask him why the drivers always drive like morons. I just got a call from Jerome and it seems my car is finished. He's suppose to call before he brings it out. Then I have to drive him back to Bishoville. It's almost 9:00 I don't want to be driving around Bishopville. I don't know where in the hell I'm going. I can get to the Post Office down there and that is all I can say with 100% certainty.

I haven't heard anything from Tash on her mom yet, I guess I'm going to have to call in a few minutes and find out what's going on. She was suppose to call me but she never did. My other friend Lauren, is hoping to be moving into a house before too long. I wish her and her hubby all the luck in the world.

I got an e-mail from Shane, he arrived at his Mum's house and seems to be fairing well. I hope he continues to take caution on his little trip and for the love of God; please remember to wash your hands when you visit those roadside petting zoos. I also suggested he take lots of stupid pictures of himself. We'll see if he listens to me, though I know he won't, people never do. He'll be sorry for it later in life if he doesn't. I know if I was going cross-country, I would take stupid pictures of myself at every run down roadside attraction.

I'm going to go on. I've written enough.
