Irish Style Mashed Potatoes

1 leek

1/2 c milk

1/2 lb potatoes

Boil potatoes as normal. While they cook, clean and chop leek. Cook leek in milk for 15 min. Stir every now and then. Drain potatoes, add leeks & milk and mash. Salt & pepper to taste.
