SailorPluto / Setsuna Meioh (Outer Senshi) - The guardian of time. She appeared to be ChibiUsa's guardian. She also has the 3rd talisman-the top of her staff.
SailorSaturn / Hotaru Tomoe (Outer Senshi) - The senshi of destruction. She was a big help in the last season as she gave Sailormoon new powers and help her to her last final form, as Eternal Sailormoon.
SailorMercury / Ami Mizuno (Inner Senshi) - The brains of the party. She is still confuse about her career. She is a shy type and a silent type of person.
SailorNeptune / Michiru Kaioh (Outer Senshi) - Has a talent to play the violin. She is sweet and she has a special relationship with Haruka. She has the 2nd talisman which is a mirror.
SailorJupiter / Makoto Kino (Inner Senshi) - She is good in cooking and the tallest of the all. She has the power of lightning. She is cheerful and calm.
SailorMars / Rei Hino (Inner Senshi) - Usagi's rival in everything. She has a              different school. She is sometimes bossy and has the ability to predict the future through her dreams. She is the senshi of fire.
SailorVenus / Minako Aino (Inner Senshi) - A die hard fan of the three lights. She even became their sort-of manager. She is full of spirit and wants to be a singer and a model. She was before the beautiful and mysterious, Sailor V.

From the middle, left to right:

SailorUranus / Haruka Tenoh (Outer Senshi) - Very determined and vagrant. She is sort-of a lesbian. She loves motorcycling and car racing. She don't like Seiya.
SailorChibimoon / ChibiUsa Chiba (Inner Senshi, Princess) - The girl from the                future-30th century. She was Serenity and Endymion's daughter who was sent during an attack in the Moon Kingdom. She is also Pegasus' host and love.
SailorMoon / Usagi Tsukino (InnerSenshi, Princess, Neo Queen) A klutzy girl who turned out to be Princess / Neo Queen Serenity of the Moon Kingdom. She only wants peace and love for all. She transform into new form each season. She is the guardian of love and justice and who usually gives the final blow.
TuxedoMask / Mamouro Chiba (Inner Senshi, Prince, King) - Usagi's boyfriend who is in college. He use a rose and his staff as his weapon. He is Prince / King Edymion of the Earth who became Serenity's husband.
Black Lady (Villain) - Appeared when ChibiUsa became evil because of her bitter past. She was brainwashed by Wiseman and became his own puppet. She is a          grown-up version of ChibiUsa and has an inverted black moon on her forehead
Queen Serenity (Moon Princess) - She was sleeping in an iced glass and was merely going to die. She often appears when Usagi needs to be. She saves lives.
SailorChibiChibi (A Star Seed Senshi) - Princess Kakyuu's star seed who has the chalice that can bring her to Earth. She gave Sailormoon her final power.

From the bottom, left to right:

Prince Endymion (Prince of the Earth) - He often appears when Mamouro needs to be. He helped the senshies in some way (Sailormoon R).
SailorStarmaker / Taiki Kou (Starlights) - He/She cooks and who is smart compared to Yaten and Seiya. He/She is often in great shape and who don't usually cram.
SailorStarhealer / Yaten Kou (Starlights) - Has a snobbish attitude. Although he/she is sometimes calm and great. He/She like Luna and wants it as his/her pet.
SailorStarfighter / Seiya Kou (Starlights) - likes Usagi a lot. He/She is smart and more popular.
Princess Kakyuu (Starlights' Princess) - The Starlights' mission.
Luna (Guardian Cat) - The black cat who is owned by Usagi. She gave her ability to transform starting from the beginning. She is always there to help.
Artemis (Guardian Cat) - The white cat who is owned by Minako. He and Luna had a child, Diana. He is also on guard and always there to guide.
