"The Absolutley Cruel Site Award" is an animated banner that you can easly win, Personally I think that everybodt who takes the time and work to make a nice site, deserves an award, but making a nice isn't just fill a page with lettters, most sites can win but there's some rules to follow.
1. The site must be about ...
A- Cruel Intentions
B- A member of the cast (R&R pages are allowed too)
C- Dangerous Liasones , or Les Liasones Dangerous
D- I alow Buffy sites to apply , also any movie related to the actors.
2- No more than 2 Broken Links or pictures

4- No nude pictures (steamy pictures are fine, but no nude ones)
