| Momma's Meat Balls ( My Mom's) 1Lb Hamburg 1 Lb Ground Pork 1/2 C Grated Parmesan Cheese 1 Diced Onion C Parmesan cheese Tsp. Each Salt & Pepper 5 slices white bread soaked in water & squeezed 4 Cloves garlic, grated 1/3 Tsp Sweet Basil 1 1/3 Tsp. Oregano 2 Eggs, beaten Mix all ingredients together. Form into balls, place on foil covered cookie sheet and bake 350 Degree oven till cooked through. (aprox 1/2 hr and turn once after 15 min) |
