Ode to a bin bag

this is the best poem ever written, written by Myself, Carys and Laura (when we were in year 8). our task was to write a poem which was and ode to something. whilst others did lovey dovey ones, we did this....

Oh bin bag I love you with all my might,
You take my rubbish out of sight.
Your shiny blackness lines the bin
When I put my rubbish in.

Your infinite depths take away,
The curry from the other day.
You tolerate all that I put in,
Tins of beans and banana skin.

Old toothbrushes tickle your tummy,
And inside you sandwiches go gummy.
I love the way your tufty edge,
Sticks over the top of the rubbish bin ledge.

You held my dead hamster; you held my dead rabbit,
I hope this won’t turn into much of a habit.
Oh bin bag I love you, however smelly you get,
With crumbly biscuits and tea bags wet.

But then comes, the sad, sad day,
When the bin men come to take you away.

i may be putting other random poems i have done, past and present, just to make myself look interlectual (ha! no chance...) and mainly to please you lot with some more interesting things to read other than me going on and on about a certain bunch of actors in the west end...hehe...
