Association of Brazilian Postgraduate Students and Research Fellows in Australia

APBA gathers Brazilian Postgraduate Students and Research Fellows in Australia. The main purpose of this association is to develop a network amongs these students and fellows so that we can exchange ideas and experiences, support each other, and make joint decisions on issues that influence our academic and personal life while in Australia.

This is being achieved primarily by means of an internet discussion list that links APBA members located in different parts of Australia. The discussions are open and require no formal representation. It provides a very dynamic and democratic forum that has proven a low cost and very efficient process.
