NIGHTDREAMS
I sleep peaceful when I dream about him
about the things we could do
the things we could share.
I try to think of the many ways that i could show him that i care.
But he doesn't hear.
My love falls on deaf ears.
Or maybe he just doesn't believe.
Something is holding him back.
Something that the human eye cannot perceive.
I take a look deep into his heart
To figure out what it is that's keeping us apart.
I don't know if i'll ever comprehend.
But still, my love goes on without end
For the one whose heart i cannot
determine or decipher.
