ignored water is as essential a nutrient as the other five
basics: carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and
minerals. We can survive many days, even months without
food. But we can survive only three to five days without
water. Doctors and nutritionists agree that habitual drinking
of 8 to 10 glasses of water a day will greatly enhance ones health.
