Booking Conditions & General Information
The following terms and conditions apply to all charters undertaken by Aquatic Limousines. Payment for any Charter indicates an acceptance by the purchaser of these conditions set out below.
The Charters outlined in our web-site are operated by Aquatic Limousines in conjunction with other suppliers as advised in our literature / brochures.
Aquatic Limousines will use its best endeavors to deliver the product or Charter service advertised. However we reserve the right to alter the method of transport, route traveled, accommodation or services provided for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to weather, vessels or unserviceable equipment, operational conditions or requirements. Aquatic Limousines will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred as a result of delays, cancellations or alterations arising from this clause.
Aquatic Limousines can give no guarantee to exact arrival or departure of any charter or service and Aquatic Limousines will not be liable for any failure to make connections to other services.
Where Aquatic Limousines does not operate a section of the charter, or directly provide a service incorporated as part of the charter (hereafter called “charter Inclusions”) then Aquatic Limousines shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury occasioned to any person or property as a result of any such charter Inclusion undertaken during the charter whatsoever or howsoever the same may be caused whether as a result of negligence or otherwise.
Aquatic Limousines reserves the right to vary the price of any Charter. Please check at time of booking. All baggage and personal belongings are carried at the passengers own risk. Any damage / loss of equipment caused by clients to any vessel will be charged to the hirer.
Payment Conditions - Bookings are only confirmed when full payment has been received. In some cases a deposit can be paid on application. In addition catering, beverages requirements & any extras is due 14 days prior to departure. (Payment can be made by Visa Card, MasterCard by e-mail or personal cheque, bank cheque, money order, made payable to Aquatic Limousines (PO Box 22, Ettalong Beach NSW 2257).
Restaurant Transfers - A waiting / late fee of $250.00 per hour (pro rata) is applicable for crew and vessels within your chartered fee to all selected Waterfront Restaurants.
Cancellations - For all cancelled bookings within 48 hours of departure incur a 100% cancellation fee + an administration fee of $50.00 will be charged. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations outside 72 hours will not incur a cancellation fee. In the event of a “no show” 100% of the payment will be retained + $50.00 administration fee. In the event that Aquatic Limousines is unable to commence the intended charter due to weather conditions, the charter will be mutually rescheduled / postponed (except wedding charters) to another charter date, and is at the discretion of the Skipper including vessel survey restrictions on the day.
