US$ 30,000 saving in two months in LPG venting
and a US$ 100,000 saving in Steam consumption in the first semester of
2001 achieved through the Intelligent Operation Program thus obtaining a more
stable operation of the plant.
Important
saving in energy consumption as from 1992 through control schemes in
distillation columns.
Improvements
in final product quality, development of communication software of the Centum XL
with a PC, calculation of final material flow for better additive dosing.
Optimization
of automatic machines, including manuals, operator training, training of
maintenance team and development of SPC.
