I was chatting with a friend today, and I had the feeling that it was time to try my quest once again, read on to see what little transpired:

Here goes.. I turned palms up to gather white light, but forgot to think of grounding,, and nearly lifted off the chair!,, I need to learn so much more about this,, but what a blast of light 'beautiful' .
Interesting,, that I get the sense that I settled to the ground on arrival,, it is dark as velvet.
There seems to be a lightness to my step,, as if I have lost many pounds, this is the same as last time, I do not think this place is here, 'Earth',, it doesn't look right,, should have brought a coat,, chilled now,, (that's a hoot, I am sitting over a heat vent to the furnace) still cold,,, At this point a friend arrived at chat, and I invited her along, I get the sense that she is somewhere near now. No colors,, only darkness,, building only visible as it blocks star field,, like an emptyness,, smells .. old,, not musty,, just old,, can't id, any better.

I have the impression of dust,, thick with the ages,, kicks up and falls slowly, almost suspends in air,, very quiet,, walking to the building,, it is huge,, much further away then appears,, the scale of location is massive.. I can not see any real features,, I wrap myself with the light, to increase light, for warmth, and seeing,, ground like pavement covered by thick coat of dust,, color seems even,, either light brown or grey.

I get the sense of not breathing,, not needed,, confusing,, approaching structure,, walls so smoothe,, could they be polished be dust?

Someone made this comment ,"Pan sounds like one of the Astral Plains....about 9 to 13 level I'd guess. Anything above 11 and you should be able to create and move by thought alone...give it a try."

Too bad this flashed by during the quest,, I would have liked to try.. but I seem to be a bit busy during a quest. I really have much to learn about this. Someone gave me the thought about breathing, Here at home I am doing fine,it is the quest where that is not necessary. It could have been ufobabe,, she hollers at me about that a lot!

I increase light,, I now see the depression in the wall high up, hardto reach,, there,, yes, a portal,, It is not a door in the regularsense,, but more like a change of state for the material of the wall. I cause the light to enter,, so dark here,, and huge, beyond imagining,, bigger inside,then possible,, much any sense...

I must stop now, withdrawing,, not well grounded,, terrible headache sense of running, taking flight,, An interesting thought,, (self preservation?) perhaps?

Someone made reference to system of levels:

"pan you are below level nine than I suggest you return. Pan..based on the last part you were probably at level 7 or 8 of the astral plains ...not a good place to be...you need to try for higher levels...bad things can happen below 9."

I replied that I had no idea what level nine means,, but I am home,, had to leave,, forced? A further explaination was given, I will endevor to take care in the future. Seemed to sense almost physical pressure pushing, resisting,, denying entry,, not welcome/ready. They '?' protecting me from harm,,more confusion,, I have so much to learn, and so little time why I said that is beyound me at the time of this writing No idea who They are,, not enemy,, maybe protectors??

About now, I started feeling some discord in the room, as is someone is very worried, almost shouting warnings,,

Now some knothead signed on to chat as Yoda, and said," See now must later understand, young Jedi warrior... Right now I feel nothing like a warrior.

Thanks AW,, I think it will be a while before I try again,, unsettled this time,, It had a different feel??
