This page only contains the early X-Men figures (1991-1995) that were produced before the major packaging changes in which the backer cards were made larger. This means that this page only contains the X-Men figures released up to the first issue Phoenix Saga figures.
This index is arranged according to series. For a picture of a figure, just click on the name. Figure variations are listed in paranthesis next to the names.
All figures in this series were initially released with Skybox Marvel Universe Series I trading cards. In 1992, all were re-issued with Skybox X-Men trading cards. In 1993, many of these figures were repainted. Soon after, the card backs of the repaints were changed to match the '93 style.

The figures in this series were first released with Skybox X-Men Series I trading cards. Later, they were issued with Skybox X-Men Series II trading cards and X-Men video offer stickers. In 1993, some were repainted and re-issued with the new 1993 style card backs and a Fleer Ultra trading card. A few others, such as Wolverine II, Sabertooth, Forge, and Gambit were re-issued but not repainted. In 1996, Wolverine III and Mr. Sinister were repainted. The cardbacks to these figures matched the 1993 style, with the exception of a copyright and other minor changes.
