1. Apply to the mailing list at:

2. Wait for authorization. One of the list moderators will contact you, asking you to furnish a message stating that you are over 17. When your request is granted you will receive a welcome message.

3. After you're subscribed you'll send email to the following address:

4. Start Emailing Away.
