The Story So Far...
Having left his home to find his past Prince (formerly
known as the unpronounceable symbol), has arrived at The Reclaimed Land.
Here he has found Ette, a thief who, having been caught by the local priesthood,
was imprisoned to die. She nearly succeeded in stealing their sacred jewel
during their Ribbon Ceremony. Mysteriously getting captured himself (being
too pig-headed to realize they weren't afraid of him), Prince meets Ette
(having been instructed to find her as part of his quest for identity) and
frees the two of them from their shackels. Thinking on her feet the clothesless
Ette (her clothes don't lock, the Prince's armor does) suggests they just
get out of there quickly. Despite having lost his one item of value (info
for his quest given to him from an as yet unrevealed party) Prince agrees
to depart in his "ship" and off they go.
Arriving at the "Sister Ship" Ette informs her
employer she failed to retrieve the jewel. The Prince learns that the "sister"
knows his origins and is willing to tell him if he helps Ette to find the
jewel. Ette is sent with one of the sisters to clothe herself as well as
arm herself. The Prince agrees to help if Ette is willing. Refreshed somewhat
the two agree to go to the planet to complete their mission.
