BEYOND PERFECT!! This is the greatest movie I've ever seen. I saw it 15 times!! I only stopped because they stopped playing it around here. I even bought the book and soundtrack. When this movie comes out on video I'm gonna buy that too!! I can't wait! The part when the Diva was singing and Leeloo was soundly thrashing mangalores RULED! If they ever make a sequel they've got to use Milla. She is REALLY perfect.(For the role too)

Luc Besson does probably the best job he's ever done in this movie. It's totally awesome, and it's a great combination of sci-fi, action, and occasionally comedy (y'know, that thief guy at the beginning and Ruby Rod of course). I agree with a lot of other people that the LeeLoo / Diva scene is probably the best. I can't wait to see what the sequel will be like.

I enjoy science fiction, but it is'nt something that really grabs me. However Fith Element was a totally different ball game. I enjoyed it so much that I went to watch it a second. Theres something about it which totally appealed to me,
something which is quite hard to pin point. My love for the movie is probarlly due to the combination of spectacular special effects, which I feel totally kicks Star-Wars butt, and an excellent story-line which totally de-tracks from the conventional all out war or meat eating space monsters we see in most sci-fi's. The movie also left me with the feeling the Earths quite a nice place to live after all.

When the previews came out, I thought, "This looks stupid." When my brother Ryan talked me into seeing it with him (he'd already seen it once), I said, "Wellll...okay, I guess." As we sat in the theatre watching it, I thought, "Hey, this is a pretty good movie!" I've seen it two more times since then, and each time I'm amazed at how "The Fifth Element" grabs my attention and doesn't let go. This is a wonderful, comic-book-esque feast for the senses. Bruce Willis is surprisingly perfect for the part of Korben Dallas, Milla Jovovich is exotic and intriguing, Gary Oldman is slimy (as a villain should be), and Chris Tucker is "Unbelievable!" I can't wait till the video is released...hopefully they'll give us a widescreen option!

I heard about this film when it just came out to the theaters, but I never had a chance to go see it. After a while I forgot all about it and went on with my life. Then one day I heard it was showing on TV and I decided to see it just to make up what I missed. Luckily I recorded it on tape, becuz I've watched it about 800 since. It has a great combination of humor, action, and (of course) romance. Most of all, it's faced paced, very well cut, and keeps you on the edge of you
seat the whole time (I even fell off once). Apart for Leeloo's suspenders, this movie is just about perfect.
