Remember that this web site is a place of creation and interaction. Here is yet another way to foster just such an environment. The purpose is not to steal ideas, it is to collaborate and interact with writers being able to go away and create from a different perspective. It is our hope that once developed, a category will have room in it for every writer's creativity to flourish.
Collaborative Space is not yet fully up and running. However, the categories are established and links to each are in the frame to the left. To learn more about each category simply click on one. For now, we have a mail form with which to handle submissions. Eventually, we plan to have a message board system set up for each category where your input can be posted as soon as you click submit. Naturally that means we have to establish a few guidelines:
1. We felt the need to say this one twice. The purpose is not to steal ideas, it is to collaborate and interact with writers being able to go away and create from a different perspective.
2. In all collaborations, try always, to move beyond the obvious. The goal of each collaboration is to push a particular category "boldy go where no one has gone before."
3. No Profanity or language generally thought objectionable. First of all the intent here, is to avoid offending anyone. Secondly, profanity goes against the guidelines of our host Geocities. We would hate to be sent packing with our links, gifs, and jpegs in tow in search of a new home.
4. At all times attempt to adhere to the rules established on each category. These rules are not intended to stifle creativity. Instead, they exist to channel the collaboration towards an intended goal. If you absolutely must, submit it and lets see what happens from there. The idea of each category is to create something apart from the norm.
5. Each message board exists for collaboration and development of the given category. These message boards are not for making dates, slamming anyone, or advertising. They are not a place for links to your site.
6. The message boards are not to be used as a visitors book. We do have a visitor book on the main page for that expressed purpose.
Right now there are but these few simple guidelines. In time they may increase so check back periodically.
