Meet The Tick...

The Tick revealed that Dinosaur Neil wasn't really a bad guy. He was a paleontologist who had accidentally eaten some genetic dino-material that caused his metamorphosis. "He's a really great guy...and he gave me this COOL shirt!"

And so the acetaminophined hand of justice wins out in the end leaving fewer headaches and fewer dinosaur menaces in its wake. And superheroes and FBI agents working in tandem can reap the benefits of government jack-booted thuggery and superpowers alike. Yes, the world is a safer place with Mulder, Scully, and The Tick watching over it...plus it makes for great TV!
