Last Glance Castle receives news on events around Rokugan via a system of messengers. The most efficient way to cary a message is by horse. While it may be hard to get an audience with the Lord of Shiro Mirumoto, much less get him to tell you of all the events in our Empire, it is very easy to find the messengers here with their mounts.
FRPG maintains several listservers for and about their games. I am on three of them currently; l5rinfo, l5rrpginfo, and l5rstory. These lists are great places to learn about new rulings, game ideas, events in the storyline, etc... While their are many members on the list, there are also many who are not. I will endeavor to publish late breaking info about L5R here on this page.
