Butter-beans in coconut-milk serves 4

Ingredients:
500 gr butter-beans
1 can coconut-milk
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 stock cube
1/2 tbs chili powder
1/2 tbs ginger
2 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
5 cups of rice

Shell the beans and put them in a big pan, together with the coconut-milk. Heat it slowly. Stir till the coconut-milk is soft and fluid. Press the cloves of garlic and add them to the coconut-milk. Add the stock cube, and after that the other spices. Keep heating this slowly, the coconut-milk is supposed to boil but only a little. Keep stirring, so the beans and milk won't stick to the pan. After about 15 minutes, put the next pan on the fire with oil, for the rice. Add the rice and shortly after add water and salt as well, boil the rice till it is ready (see wrappings).
