Butter-beans with tomatoes serves 4
Ingredients:
500 gr butter-beans
440 gr chopped tomatoes in tomato-sauce(canned)
100 gr olives (green or black)
1 clove of garlic
1 onion
2 tsp basil
a little thyme
a little rosemary
1 tsp sugar
salt
black pepper
8 small potatoes
Shell the beans, heat a pan with some olive oil. Press the garlic and cut the onion to small pieces, fry them. Add the beans. Add the tomatoes and sauce from the can after a few minutes, heat this. Peal the potatoes while you boil some water for them (don't forget to add salt and a tiny little bit of oil when the water boils, so it won't boil over.). Add the spices to the beans and tomatoes. Cut the olives in half and put them in as well. The beans have to go for about 20 minutes, the potatoes have to boil for about 15.
