Broccoli with rice serves 4

Ingredients:
1 broccoli
1 red pepper (sweet)
100 gr bean sprouts
2 onions
250 gr mushrooms
2 carrots
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbs honey
2 tbs sweet soy sauce
2 tbs chili powder
2 tsp ginger (powder)
1 tsp coriander (powder)
4 cups of rice

Press the garlic and cut the onions to big pieces. Cut the broccoli to small pieces. Some people only use the tops, I like to use all. Fry the onion and the garlic in olive oil. After about one minute, add the broccoli. Flavour with ginger and coriander. Slice the mushrooms and add them next (after about 5 minutes). Put a lid on so the steam will heat the broccoli. Once in a while you stir to keep from burning. Start boiling water for the rice. Cut the carrots to small slices and the red pepper to big pieces. Let the broccoli fry and steam for 5 more minutes, than add the bean sprouts. Add the rice to the water when it boils, and boil it according to the instructions on the wrappings. Don't forget to add salt to the water. After again 5 minutes of frying and steaming the veggies, add the carrot-slices and the red pepper, heat slowly. Now make the sauce:

Pour 2 tablespoons of soy sauce into a small bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of honey to it and 1 tablespoon of chilipowder. Stir this til it is well mixed.

When the rice is ready, so is the rest. Pour the sauce over the warm veggies on your plate and enjoy.
