Broccoli-chervil soup serves 4

Ingredients:
One large broccoli
1 1/2 liters of vegetable broth
1 onion
10 tbs fresh cut chervil

Put the stock cubes in a pan with water and start to heat this until it boils. Inbetween, cut the broccoli in small pieces, add when the stock cubes have dissolved or when ready. Cut the onion as well in very small pieces and add them. The chervil does not need to be so finely cut and is added when the broccoli is done boiling and the soup is nearly ready, so the chervil will not loose its fine taste.

For some extra "filling" add vermicelli right after the onion.
