Season 6

"The Beginning"
Mulder faces an FBI review panel to justify reopening the X-Files. Without proof, the panel finds his report of man-aided alien global domination and the agents' Antarctic adventure "essentially unintelligible." But the truth is out there, in a hideous form that attacks with deadly sharp claws. A covert assist from Skinner puts them on the trail, but they're unauthorized, and they're not alone.

"Drive"
With Mulder trapped in a car by a seemingly deranged man, Scully races to determine if the man is suffering from a deadly illness - and if Mulder is in danger of becoming the next victim.

"Triangle"
Mulder goes in search of a ship that has disappeared in the Bermuda Triangle in 1939. But when he gets on board, Mulder finds that he - and all the passengers and crew - are still stuck in the past.

"Dreamland (I)"
An anonymous tip finally brings Mulder and Scully to the Mecca of all UFO lore - Area 51. But when the agents witness the flight of a mysterious craft, their lives are profoundly - and perhaps irrevocably - altered. Part One of Two.

"Dreamland (II)"
Scully begins to suspect that her partner's strange behavior is more than it appears to be, while Mulder fights to return his life to normal before it's too late. Part Two of Two.

"How the Ghosts Stole Christmas"
Mulder convinces Scully to put aside her gift wrapping on the night before Christmas to help him stake out a reputed haunted house. But they discover a married couple living there who are keeping a secret the agents never expected

"Term of Endearment"
After an ultrasound reveals abnormal growths on her fetus, the expectant mother dreams that a demonic figure takes the child, which is also a demon. The woman then awakens covered in blood - and is no longer pregnant.

"The Rain King"
In a small town plagued by drought, Mulder and Scully come upon a man who claims to be able to control the weather - at a hefty profit. Yet the agents discover a force of nature at work even more powerful than the weather - and just as unpredictable.

"S.R. 819"
When Walter Skinner falls seriously ill, Mulder and Scully suspect foul play within the government structure and start poking around the FBI hallways for information. Skinner's plight prompts Mulder to seek assistance from Senator Matheson.

"Tithonus"
An envious Mulder looks on from afar as Scully is partnered with another agent to investigate a freelance crime-scene photographer whose consistent scoops raise suspicion that he is murdering to manufacture work

"Two Fathers"
The return of an alien abductee threatens to finally expose the conspiracy involving extraterrestrials, forcing the Cigarette Smoking Man to strike back at Mulder and Scully with greater determination.

"One Son"
Mulder learns the truth about the government/alien conspiracy responsible for his sister's abduction, but now he and Scully face a greater dilemma - what to do with their newfound knowledge.

"Agua Mala"
Stranded in the middle of a hurricane in Florida, Mulder and Scully seek safety in an old apartment building - but the agents find themselves in even more danger when they learn that something else has come in from the rain with them.

"Monday"
(a.k.a Mobius) A bad day that keeps getting worse for Mulder and Scully ends in a tragedy that the agents seem powerless to prevent.

"Arcadia"
Mulder and Scully pose as a married couple to investigate a series of bizarre happenings in an exclusive, gated community.

"Alpha"
Mulder and Scully are brought in to investigate when it appears that a mysterious dog - thought to be the last of an ancient Asian species - is responsible for several murders.

"Trevor"
It's about an ex-robber named Trevor Rawls who was thought to have been killed in a tornado, but survived. His girlfriend, having taken and spent the money from the robbery, is now engaged to another man. Intent on getting back what was his, Trevor embarks on a terrifying rampage.

"Milagro"
Mulder must race against time before Scully is caught in a deadly game. The agents investigate a bizarre series of murders. Mulder believes they involve a little known phenomenon called "psychic surgery" - the removal of organs without any incisions being made. Mulder and Scully discover a connection between the crimes and Mulder's new next door neighbor, a strange young author. The author's work-in-progress mimics almost exactly what is going on with the investigation. Meanwhile the author slowly starts to fall in love with Scully, who spurns his advances yet is oddly drawn to this bizarre individual.

"The Unnatural"
(a.k.a. "Black Diamond", "Black Sun" or "Shades of Grey") Mulder and Scully delve into an old case involving a mysterious player in the Negro Baseball League with an astonishing batting average.

"Three of a Kinds"
(a.k.a "B.R.M.") Scully is tricked by the Lone Gunmen into accompanying them to Las Vegas, where they make a startling discovery.

"Field Trip"
Mulder and Scully investigate a strange double murder in which the victim's skeletons are found in an open field.

"Biogenesis"
(a.k.a "Plans")This episode is about a doctor who is a believer in a theory called "Panspermia," the belief that life originated on Mars. He finds a mysterious artifact that supports his theory. One of the Doctor's colleagues' has alterior motives in regards to the artifact. Mulder is admitted into a New Mexico hospital with bizarre symptoms of an unknown disease.
