Raphael is very aggresive. He has an amazing temper that flares up with almost no provocation. When fighting he is fierce, and deadly. He releses a lot of tension through battle, and that makes him a force to be reckoned with. He is a very skilled ninja, although not as good as Leonardo.

Raph and Leo butt heads over almost everything. They have completely different viewpoints on life in general. Raph doesn't like how structured and rigid Leo is, and Leo doesn't like how Raph has (in his opinion) no disipline. Mike often acts as a peacemaker between the two, as he is very close to Raph.

Raphael spends a lot of time with Casey Jones, his other best friend. The two of them go out and "bust heads" together on a regular basis. They can relate to each other in that they have very like personalities. Casey and Raph met one night when both of them tried to stop the same mugger.

All in all, Raph is a softy at heart, but he chooses to uphold his rebel persona instead of let people see the real him. He often storms off after fights with Leo, or anytime for that matter. Trouble seems to follow him where ever he goes, and he takes relish in beating the crap out of it.
