Ouphous isn't really all that interesting. No one is really all that sure when he became the Master of the Foundries, and since that time he has appeared to rarely that everyone keeps forgetting what he looks like.
On the few occasions when he does actually turn up for a fight, he appears kitted out in all manner of bizarre stuff.
Most of his limbs are already bionic, and he wears actuator motors like fashion accessories. A couple of Servo Arms are common, and a Waldo suit isn't out of the question.
He is generally laden with every piece of strange and nonsensical bit of kit he can scrape together, whether it be an old classic like the Graviton Gun or Haywire Grenade, or some new radical weapon requiring full field testing, which he doesn't trust anyone else to use properly.
A couple of times he has intended to go to battle, but by the time he has finished picking out his choice wargear the fight, war or even whole campaign has finished, and he shrugs and starts R&D again.
