If you have an IRC program, such as
Pirch, or Ircle for Mac users, you can participate
in some high quality, real-time Jewish learning on IRC (Internet Relay Chat).
Set the server on you IRC program to any of the starchat servers and the port to 6667
and you have a link to live Jewish learning with fellow Jews from all over the
world.
Even if you do not have an IRC chat client and cannot use it for some reson, you
can still participate in the high quality Jewish chat using
SpiritForum's Java chat
which only requires a browser and the ability to use Java scripts.
