          If you think the author is an optimist,
          you may be correct,
          but I do not see my glass half-full -- it is half-empty.
          It was once filled with the most delicious wine;
          the stuff that makes life interesting,
          and I was the one who drank from it.
          Now is the time to fill your own glass,
          and enjoy life to the fullest.

          Your purpose in life is to
          find it within yourself to become a person
          of excellence, intelligence and adaptability.

          First you crawl.
          Then you walk.
          Then you run.
          You can ride a bike or swim;
          or learn to climb mountains.
          You can even learn to soar.

                              You have the freedom to
                  break the chains of gravity anytime you want.
                               You live to be free.
