My Comments

This book follows on directly from Ghost King, and continues the drama of Roman Britain.
In essence, I don't think you can easily seperate these two books, and let's face it, would you really want to! *g*
The idea of the afterlife is explored very well, making you wonder, what really is on the other side. I think it makes you think quite deeply about the sanctity of life, and was that argument with your best friend *really* worth the months of silence between you both.
It covers the bits that you want it to, Culain, Gian Avur, Prasamaccus, Victorinus and Maedhlyn, and lets you know what happens to them, and you get to learn a bit more about the Sipstrassi, and the Atlanteans who meddle in the lives of men
If you're going to read this, make sure you read Ghost King and this one back to back.
