Capsule: Captain Tomas began his military career by joining Admiral Ackbar when he returned to Calimari to seek support for the Rebel Alliance. As a young officer Tomas worked with Acabar to build up his navy as one of his aids. In time Tomas was given command of his own ship. Ricken is a detailed officer who has great tactical ability. While not considered a creative commander, when given a task he will carry it out to the letter. In time the young officer will rise up in the ranks.

Capsule: Wing Commander Bob was born on Alderan. At a young age he joined the Imperial Navy and excelled at starfighter piloting. Quickly he learned of the Empire's way and tyranny and joined the Alliance. Bob proved him self as one of the best X-wing pilots in the Rebellion. He was a strong squadron commander with innovative tactics. He was assigned to the Pegasus task force before the battle of Endor. Going though the entire ordeal, Bob grew. He was given command of all the starfighters. Not much of a politician Bob stood on the sidelines of the bickering between Trog, Trag, Killer and Les Paul. Bob quietly turned his starfighter unit in to a strong fighting machine.

When the Task Force returned Bob, had gained and wisdom and experience. Many high Alliance officers underestimate Bob's abilities. During the Pegasus Task Force incident Bob built up and maintained a starfighter unit with limited resources. Bob has never been power hungry and enjoys his time in the cock pit. However, Bob is probably the best Starfighter pilot and commander in the Alliance, but know one knows it, he has 2 years of exceptional experience that according to Alliance records never existed. He just stays by the side lines, motivating his troops and skills and training them like no one can. Bob follows orders and does so with out question and greed for power. Bob can get the job done.

Capsule: Colonel Forbin is a young Rebel officer, one of the few Alliance Colonels that didn't come from the Imperial military. Instead Forbin joined the Alliance as soon as he came of age. He was considered to have great potential and studied with many of the great alliance ground commanders. After serving as a commando on Endor, Forbin was promoted to Colonel in the Army his first assignment as a Colonel was to command the infantry troops assigned to Admiral Les Paul's task force. Colonel Forbin is extremely detailed he spent most of his officer career working with the supply branch to build and design bases. Forbin is a untested rising star who has worked a lot behind the scenes but hasn't commanded any large offenses.

Capsule: Admiral Jones is 50 years old and is overly qualified for his current position as leader of the PHAT system and surrounding systems. Jones was born on Courscat the son of a influential official Jones went to the Imperial Naval Academy where he graduated at the top of his class, which marked him for a promising career. Early in his career Jones proved he was a brilliant ambitious officer, exceptional tactician, and skillful politician. Jones was quickly in command of his own Star Destroyer which served in the core worlds in plush high visibility assignments. A rising star after only 5 years in service. However one incident ruined his career his ship under the command of a Fleet Admiral was closing in on a Rebel position. When the ships came out of hyperspace they were ambushed by a Rebel fleet around Mantooine. Jones saw a flaw in the Rebel attack and approached the Fleet Admiral with his advice. The Admiral would hear nothing of it and ordered standard tactics. Jones was furious and saw failure and confronted the Admiral. When the Admiral refused, Jones relived him of command the Admiral resisted so Jones struck him. Once gaining command Jones attempted to rectify the situation but the damage had been done, the Admiral hadn't acted when he should have and the battle was lost. The Imperial forces taking heavy losses. A scandal followed and Jones was held responsible for the defeat (which would have been much worse if he hadn't acted) Jones was reprimanded, demoted, and assigned to the outer rim. The career of a Grand Admiral to be was over at the age of 30.

However, even in his current position Jones excelled and he was promoted to Admiral in charge of all the Imperial forces in the PHAT Sector. After the battle of Endor when the moff left to the core worlds, he left Jones in command of all the civilian and military forces. Jones was given the orders to hold PHAT at all cost, by an Empire that had punished and failed him.

All of his subordinates and soldiers respect and admire their commander. Although, not all of his troops are top of the line Jones has turned them into a fierce loyal fighting unit. Jones is ambitious, diligent and extremely cunning and Dangerous.

I will have a briefing for you shortly. I decided to give you a few personal notes on the high commanders in the Imperial Military on PHAT. This guy is rather incompetent, Colonel Killer was able to convince Colonel Clink to allow him to tour some of the bases while acting like a tourist.

Capsule: Colonel Clink is an unexceptional officer of 49 years. He was born the youngest in a influential Imperial family. Because of his family even though he is not one of the most ambitious and intelligent officers, Colonel Clink has slowly been promoted and given backwater assignments. He should have been discharged a long time ago. Colonel Clink is rather gullible and believes everything that he is told. Currently the Colonel is charge with the ground defense of PHAT and given command of about 10,000 regular Imperial Army Troops. While Colonel Clink isn’t the most intelligent officer he does have 10,000 equipped and heavily armed troops.
