Arlette Truffant is the daughter of a Canadian woman and possibly the famed film maker Francois Truffant of France. Murmur was born in Paris but that is about all she remembers of her past life. Arlette is yet another victim/former resident of Hull House in Orloo Ontario. She is a bit older than Adrian and Jared and has the power to control people she is in physical contact with. Her behavior around men can only be described as promiscuous in a sort of early Aurora way.
