Destination: Badlands
With the crew assigned to their posts, the
Voyager prepares to embark on her first mission. The vessel turns and heads for the
badlands in search of Lieutenant Tuvok.

24th century technology:
Warp Engines
The warp engines of the USS Voyager
feature a new and innovative advance in Federation star ship design. The nacelles are
capable of propelling voyager at a sustainable cruising speed of warp 9.975. The nacelles
have an adjustable configuration that reduces the strain and drag on the ship, as well as
optimizing the efficiency of the warp field.

24th century technology:
Navigational Deflector
The deflector protects the Voyager
from collision with objects ranging from microparticles to asteroid. The deflector emits a
tractor/deflector beam that pushes aside hazards.

24th century technology:
Desktop display Terminal
Available throughout the Voyager
are desktop terminals, which act as both a computer interface and a communications device.
The terminal is linked to the ships LCARS software, through the ODN. It can also be used
for two way visual and audio communications, another use is the recording and play back of
records and log entries.
Over the years Star Fleet has made many
different forms of Starships, some have been very popular.
Popular ships of the
Federation
The USS Pasteur appeared only once in the
entire TNG series, the last episode was the one that held the honor. Beverly Picard's
ship, the Pasteur was a medical ship designed to treat epidemics on distant worlds.
The USS Pasteur
Here is a stunning image of the
Enterprise E as it speeds away from the the Borg ship.

The Borg from First Contact look much more sinister then the Borg from
the series. I would be afraid to run into one of these guys!

The Borg Queen, very evil looking. Great entrance on the movie, too.

the Enterprise-E!

The Phoenix, the first warp ship. Did you know that the silo they
used to house the ship was actually a real missile silo?

Hunting season begins. Warning: The hunted fights back!
