The Three Faces of Scully...

In her half-awake state, all she could think of was how similar this was to a movie from the fifties she had seen. Hadn't that been based on a real case of multiple personalities revealed during hypnosis? But these weren't personalities. These appeared to be separate entities. "Scully," they began in unison. The futuristic Scully took over, "No, your eyes do not deceive you. We are you and you are us." But even after hours of conversation, Scully was not convinced that these two women were her from different time periods. It made no sense. She was going to have to do some tests.

While Scully ran her tests, the Scully clones chatted with her, explaining how her hypno-regression had revealed a Scully from the past who had now emerged into the present. Once her mind had been receptive, the future Scully's emergence had been easier. "But why have you come?" Scully wanted to know. "Well, for starters you have got to get out more Dana. You spend so much time with these weird monsters,when do you ever have time for a date? Look at this latest case," the future Scully pressed on, "What's with the weird blue alien guy? You sure couldn't expect dinner and a movie from that guy even if he wasn't an alien badguy." "What about your partner," asked Scully from the past.
