>All three women stared at the TV, then looked at each other. "Here we go," >Sandra murmurred as they headed out to tell the rest of the group.

Flynn's room was right next to theirs, so they obviously went there first. Kate knocked on the door, and an irate voice called out, "Yeah, yeah, I'm coming!" A moment later, the door was flung open by Flynn, who was wearing a scowl on his face; it cleared as he saw the three women staring at him. "Oh, is something wrong?"

"We've just found out there's been another murder," Eithne answered.

"Where?"

"Near a sorority, Delta Pi I believe," Sandra answered.

"Okay, let me get freshened up first," he stated, and hurriedly shut the door behind their backs as they moved on to tell their team leader.

After they'd all gotten ready, they divided into two groups and took both the rental cars. Sandra, Kate, and Flynn took one car, Sari and Eithne took the other. As they approached 'Greek Street', Kate pointed out a car sitting half on, half off the sidewalk nearby. Sandra nodded, understanding; she could see a harried couple rushing in and out of the small house, carrying piles of paraphenalia to the car, then pulling their daughter out of the house and pushing her into the car afterwards.

"Looks like the exodus has begun," Kate murmered softly, and Sandra couldn't help but agree. She stifled a yawn from behind the wheel, and a moment later saw Flynn doing the same out of the corner of her eye.

"We should get copies of the missing girls' class schedules," Sandra suggested. "Find out if they all had some class in common."

"Or a professor they all studied with," Kate added.

"Or if they were all in a class with a particular classmate," Flynn mumbled sleepily.

Just outside the police line, Sandra parked her car next to their other rental car and they all got out. They headed towards the crime scene, flashing their badges when an officer moved to intercept them, and approached the flashing lights and mass of officers.

"Okay, Sandra you come with me," Sari stated. "Kate, Flynn, ask around and see if there are any friends of the dead girl around. Eithne, find me the person who found the body. If they won't come, just leave them and point them out to me later. Dismissed."

The group nodded and split up, each moving towards their perspective places. Sari and Sandra moved towards the flashing lights of the coroner's assistant taking pictures of the body, and flashed their badges. The officers relented, and after a moment the assistant finished taking pictures of the grisly scene, allowing the two women access to the body.

"What is the meaning of this?" a voice called out to them. Sandra and Sari looked up to see a tall, dignified older man walking towards them in a police uniform. It was obvious he was the police chief, if not by his stature then by the star on his chest. Sari moved towards the man, leaving Sandra to examine the body.

"I'm sorry to interrupt any investigation you might have sir, but we're FBI. We've been assigned to the case." Just for effect, she flashed her badge; Sandra followed suit a moment later, then returned back to her examination the body.

The man scrutinized the badges, a slight scowl on his face. "Well, we didn't call for no FBI, but I suppose we could use some up here. Sheriff Rowlings, ma'am," he said, holding his hand out to Sari.

"Agent Kelly. This is Agent McCormick, our team's profiler."

"Oh now, they have a profiler here for us? Must be pretty special."

"It's believe, sheriff, that you might have a serial killer loose on this campus," Sandra stated, moving over away from the body to where Sari was standing. "This is the fifth murder here in the past three months. Each have been killed in exactly the same way; their throats have been slit with a thin knife, their left ring finger and right thumb removed." Seeing Sari's gaze on her, she nodded to her leader. "This body is no different; exactly the same as the previous four."

Sari sighed. "Somehow, I hoped it would be different, but..." She turned back to the sheriff. "As of now, we are officially on this case. I'd like to see all reports you have pertaining to the previous four murders, as well as the statements from all witnesses, officers, and medical examiners. I'm sorry to inconvience you further, sheriff, but I'd like to see them within the next thirty minutes."

"Now wait just one damned minute," the sheriff began, but Sari ignored his blustering. "Sandra, I want you to head up the postmortum on the body. See if there is anything we might be missing; whether the slicing of the throat is the real cause of death, how long the body's been dead, etc. Can you do that?"

At Sandra's nod, Sari turned back to the captain. "Well? Let's get a move on, shall we?"
