[7:12PM EDT, the hotel]

Everyone waited while Agent Glass stored his luggage in his room and closed the door. As they headed back to the coffee shop, they began to fill him in on the events of the afternoon.

"We've just come from the Delta Pi sorority house. There was another murder, the same as the others. The victim's name was Ann Shepards," Sari began.

"The body was found this afternoon by one of her sorority sisters, Jennifer Roberts," Eithne added. "She disappeared shortly after I talked with her. We later found her tied up and shut in a closet."

"The victim's boyfriend was at the scene," Flynn put in. "He said that Ann had been brainwashed by the sorority, and that they had forced her to break up with him. He left, then came back with a knife. He was threatening one of the girls, Megan Miller, when we found him. He wound up using the knife on himself."

"Who's Megan Miller," Damian asked, glancing between Kate and Eithne, who had both groaned at the mention of the name.

"She's a leader of sorts among the girls," Kate said. "Or, more accurately, she seems to have some sort of hold over them. Very sure of herself, very arrogant."

"Uncooperative," Eithne said. "You would think, under the circumstances, that all of the girls would want to do everything possible to help the investigation."

"But not Megan," Kate said. "And she was actively trying to discourage the others from talking to us."

"And we have an appointment set up in the morning with one of the professors, Dr. Burrell," Sandra said.

"Right. One of the girls was very anxious to call him. Seemed to think he would know what to do about the situation, whatever that means."

The group went into the restaurant and settled into a large corner booth.
