[MD 2: 10:15am, Richardson's Cabin]

>Flynn turned to Mr. Richardson, "Can I see the boy's room?"

>Sterling nodded, "Your quick to the point. This way,"

Newt followed Flynn in, pushing up his glasses as he surveyed the cabin. It was definitely the Ritz of Cabins in relation to theirs .. which had been more Motel 6. But then, Newt reminded himself, Richardson was the largest benefactor for the park. There was no doubt they would treat him well.

Newt dawdled as he examined the Cabin's décor. "Sir .." he looked up to see a middle-aged woman pulling on the sleeve of his dark blue jacket. She spoke with a heavy Hispanic accent. "You are here to find the boy."

Newt nodded, "Yeah, were you here when he vanished?"

She nodded fearfully, "I was here."

"Maria!" A sharp voice snapped. Newt looked up to see Richardson coming back into the main room, "Leave the Agent alone."

"Excuse me, Mr. Richardson, but she says she was here when it happened. I'd like to speak to her about it."

The man frowned, "I doubt it would help .. I've heard what she has to say.." Shrugging he moved back down the hallway, "My son's room is at the end of hall .. when you've finished with sci-fi stories."

Newt looked back at the woman, "Okay, Maria .. Tell me what you saw."

"You see," she said leading him to the window. "I saw the lights from here. They were just behind that tree. All colors .. red, green .. but mostly an eerie blue."

Newt looked out the window examining the view of the tree she'd described, "And that's the boy's room, just beyond that tree."

The woman nodded, "Yes."

Newt nodded. "Well thank you, Maria."

He turned to leave and she grabbed his arm, "Mr. Agent .."

"Prescott .. Agent Prescott," He corrected then shrugged off her curious look.

"I never believed .. in .. these things. But I have spoken to friends in town. And I did see the lights .." She was insistent, "I didn't make it up."

"I'm sure you didn't. Were there only the four of you in the cabin?"

She nodded. "The Mister and Missus, their bedroom faces the other direction. They think I am crazy."

Newt nodded, "Well, we won't throw out anything that might help."

"Do you believe?"

"I believe you saw the lights .. but I can't say what they might have been.. not yet."

[MD 2: 2:00pm, Richardson Cabin]

Team Delta had searched the area .. they'd searched the Cabin and they'd talked to Richardson, his wife and their live-in maid until they were sure they'd covered all bases, when their Team Leader finally made it back from the airport with their newest team member.

After brief introductions they began to her in on what they'd discovered.

Sharlyn made mention of the Ford Station wagon they'd seen a couple of times, and Kate added her adventures about the Grey Taurus. "Seems someone wants to keep track of us."

"That's when we heard about the disappearance of the Richardson's son." Newt told her, "Sheriff Bob said he'd asked for us by name."

Kate nodded, "Well, you can't keep a team like this secret for long .. not with the way rumors move in small towns. So what did you find?"

"The maid thinks he was abducted by aliens," Newt scoffed.

Kate gave him a warning glance, "What exactly did she see."

"Mostly just lights .."

"Of which, neither Mr. nor Mrs. Richardson saw," Flynn added.

"She also said she heard strange noises. Perhaps like the ones we heard last night." Newt added.

"Maybe the same ones. We can't be to far from where we were out looking last night." Kate added.

"Neither Mr. nor Mrs. Richardson report hearing anything out of the ordinary either."

"How could they have missed it!" Newt said.

"Heavy sleepers?" Dinah said dubiously.

"Or drugged .." Sharlyn added. She shrugged, "I know it's not likely .. but.. it's a thought."
