Alison always was a sweet child. She may have been Grandmother Dick's favorite grandchild. Alison was a dutiful and obedient child. She made good grades and helped at the office and at home. She had many friends.
Alison and Will became sweethearts in high school and remained so through college. Allison graduated from Fort Myers High School. Will and Allison both graduated from the University of Florida May, 2001. They took a year off to volunteer for work in a medical clinic for Americorp before going to medical school. They both graduated from Vanderbilt Medical School in Nashville, TN, 2006, and are currently doing their residencies psychiatry in St. Louis, MO. Good Luck to both!
Friends and the families of both Alison and Will met for an engagement shower in St. Petersburg, Florida, on March 31, 2001. All had a good time including Alison's niece, Emily, who first fell into the swimming pool and later was hit on the forehead by a baseball bat. After stitches and a bandage, Emily was back in the thick of things.
The wedding was held outside on Sanibel Island. Alison's father presided over the ceremony and married the couple. Afterwards friends and relatives had a great reception with good food, dancing, games and conversation with everyone.
William and Alison have a daughter born in 2009.
