Frank granduated from Clemson University in South Carolina 30-May-1964 and received a commission as a second lieutant in the Army reserve. Frank deferred his entry on active duty in order to complete his masters degree which he received in December,1965. He began active duty in February 1966, and served at Hq. 1st Logistics Command in Viet Nam (July 1966 to July 1967).

After his military service, Frank was employed as a design consultant for computer systems by Proctor & Gamble. He is currently retired but works as a consultant.

Frank is a railroad buff and collects railroad memorabilia.

Frank continue to serve in the Army reserves achieving the rank of lieutenant-colonel.

Frank and Sarah's children are:
1. Rebecca Elizabeth (14-Mar-1965) and
2. Darren Dudley (30-Sep-1968 to 24-Feb-1970). Darren was a rh negative child.

Rebecca married and divorced. She has 2 children.
