Prelude
to Scene One Takes place at "West Side Orphanage" office. Richie tries to find out who his parents were by posing as a messenger to obtain his orphanage records. Clerk gets suspicious and Richie runs off with the file. Clerk calls security guard. Guard nabs Richie and sends him off to jail. Duncan comes to bail him out. |
