The Neutral Zone
As the Imperial approaches the Neutral Zone, Lt. Connors suddenly yells that sensors have just detected a Romulan warbird crossing into Federation space! Ramik says, "Hail them!" but there is no response, as usual. You raise the shields, and Chief Engineer Oris calls the bridge, saying that if power is diverted from the secondary systems to the tractor beam, the Imperial might be able to take the Romulan in tow, though the Imperial would not usually have enough power to do so. However, he will need some help in diverting such a large amount of power, so the captain goes down to help him, leaving Commander Chav in command.
