Once you arrive, you notice two black-clothed men hiding in a bed of sunflowers, speaking quietly. You manage to make out :

"Unfortunately...captured...Imperial."

"Agents...Diplomatic Corps...failure..."

Suddenly, one of them notices you and spins around. He pulls out a Romulan Disruptor and shoots at you--but misses. Almost like a reflex, you draw your phaser and fire. You hit one of them in the head, and the other turns to flee. Two security guards rush over. You show your Starfleet identification, and explain what happened as you and the security guards seize the escaping Romulan and lift up the unconscious one. The guards take the Romulans into custody, and you return to your suite for dinner.
