Arriving at the source of the distress call, the Imperial discovers a Romulan Warbird--and debris from another one. However, there is no sign of the Nevada, Nor is there sufficient Starfleet debris in the area to indicate its destruction. "Hail the Romulans," orders Ramik. "No response," replies Ensign Sari, the new Operations Officer, ever since Lt. Connors replaced Lt. Commander Robertson, who was injured during the Romulan attack, at conn. You see that the Romulan Warbird is powering up weapons. Ramik is talking to Commander Chav about the unusual readings coming from the system's star, unaware. You call, "Captain,.--" "Not now, Lieutenant." You... interrupt her. "It's important!" quiet down.
