Holonovel--Page Forty-five
After returning to the ship, the away team
is summoned to the obervation lounge. You explain what you learned to the
rest of the bridge crew.
"A class-M planet near the Neutral Zone?"
the captain asks herself. "How near? A kilometer?
A lightyear? A parsec? We could spend weeks searching."
"At least we know the general location now,"
remarks Commander Chav.
Suddenly, Lieutentant Flonn calls over the intercom, "Bridge
to captain! For a second, sensors detected a Romulan warbird going to warp--then
it disappeared from all sensors, including long-range sensors."
The captain replies, "On my way, Lieutenant."
To officers in the observation lounge she says, "Let's
go."
