The Imperial heads for the Solian system,
which is also along the Federation Neutral Zone border.
At the end of the alpha shift, the main crew
starts to leave the bridge. Beta shift ensigns Camalia, Ronald, Namia,
and Sanders, as well as Lieutenant Condor and Lieutenant Junior
Grade Ploca arrive on the bridge as you are doing one last sensor sweep
before calling it a day.
The sensor sweep is finished after three
minutes, and you are convinced that the Imperial is in no danger.
However, Condor has been working in Engineering for nine hours and is exhausted.
Do you offer to take his place and pull a double shift? Since you are the
highest-ranking officer on the bridge besides him, you will be in command;
however, since the Imperial is simply in transit, pulling a double
shift could be boring and pointless for you.
Relieve Condor and take command.
Leave the bridge and go to
your quarters to rest.
